29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures: a) Electrical control panel located on south wall being used for tempory power - On or about November 1, 2013 employees were utilizing this electrical control panel with the front cover and dead front removed, exposing them to energized circuits and shock hazard of no less than 220 volts AC.
