29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: On or about November 13, 2013, employees operated a Genie GTH-1056 tele-handler forklift and were allowed to work from an unsecured pallet platform lifted in the air forklift. The employees were exposed to the hazard of falling from a height up to 10 feet to the ground below.
