29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:  a)  Large Format Dept., on or about 11/20/13:  Extension cords providing current to two air compressors and a pump for a FB910 ink jet printer were strung along the floor and overhead and being used as permanent wiring.  b)  Karat Room, on or about 11/20/13:  An extension cord with a plug adapter attached providing current to fluorescent light fixtures were tie wrapped along the wall and being used as permanent wiring.  Abatement certification must be submitted for these items.
