29 CFR 1910.101(b):     The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6:    a) Maintenance Work Shop Area -- On or about Nov 19, 2013, an employee was observed performing a job task around ten unsecured compressed gas cylinders, exposing employees to a struck-by hazard if the cylinders are tipped over.      ABATEMENT NOTE: cylinders must be properly supported to prevent it from being knocked over while in storage or during use. (Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965 para 3.4.4)
