29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On November 20, 2013, at the above addressed site, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard when performing paint work while in the basket of an aerial lift approximately 40 to 50 feet above a lower level and not wearing a harness with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket of that lift.
