This work included but was not limited to moving furniture and unwanted items, using brooms and shovels to remove lead containing paint off the walls, dry sweeping lead debris, removing asbestos containing floor tiles and general cleaning throughout the buildings.  The employer required the use of these respirators and had not established and implemented a respiratory protection program.
