Work site located at 105 Grandville Avenue, Danbury, NE; East Elevator: Two Permit Required Confined Spaces were not marked in a manner that clearly identified them. In one case, the grain dump pit, the stenciled initials PCRS had worn to the point of being illegible. In the second case, the elevator service pit, the sign was posted on an adjacent shed instead of the pit cover. This marking was misleading as to the location of the space.
