29 CFR 1910.1025(e)(4)(i): When ventilation was used to control exposure to lead, measurements which demonstrate the effectiveness of the system in controlling exposure were not made at least every three months: (a) There were no ventilation measurements conducted for the ventilated shovel used to pick up the spent brass shells. Eaton Industries LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1025(e)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 853563, citation number 1, item number 2f and was affirmed as a final order on July 9, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1441 A E Main Street, Waukesha, WI 53186.
