On 11/18/2013, employees from Rustique Enterprises located at 1300 Rustique Square, OFallon MO were exposed to point of operation hazards. The following machines did not have guards: MSC Industrial Supply Company floor mounted drill press located in the maintenance area of the plant, no serial number; & a milling machine, no serial number, located in the maintenance area.
