29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   a) 60 Route 94 North, Newton, NJ.   Employee was observed walking/working on roof top without being connected to an anchorage point, thereby exposing the employee to approximately 12 fall hazard to the ground below.                                               Violation observed on or about 11/20/2013.
