29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level shall be protected from falling to that lower level: a. On or about November 20, 2013, at the above addressed jobsite, employees working from the top platform of the five section high scaffold were exposed to falls of approximately 30 feet due to the lack of fall protection.
