29 CFR 1926.405(b)(1): Openings in boxes, cabinets, and fittings through which conductors entered were not effectively closed: On or about 11/06/2013 at 600 N Thomas Street, Athens, GA: Employees were exposed to an electrical hazard when; a) Section "B", Third Floor - there were unused openings in the bottom of the electrcal panel. b) Section "C", Fourth Floor - there were openings in the side and bottom of the electrical panel.
