29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(F): Temporary lights shall not be suspended by their electric cords unless cords and lights are designed for this means of suspension.  a.     In the Community Building where employees were cutting and installing drywall on the walls and ceilings, the temporary lighting was hung by the electtrical cord and installed at 11 1/2 inches to 31 inches thereby exposing employees to a contact hazard.
