29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system at the site - employees working on the roof was not wearing personal fall protection, while installing metal brackets to trusses, creating a fall hazard of 10 on or about 11/19/13
