29 CFR 1910.215(a)(2): Abrasive wheel(s) used on grinding machinery were not provided with safety guard(s) which covered the spindle end, nut, flange projections: On or about November 21, 2013, both sides of the Dayton grinder were missing the spindle guards, exposing employees to the hazard of being caught in the rotating parts of the grinder.
