29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: a) 3815 Lapalco Blvd., Harvey, LA; On or about 11/20/13, the employer allowed employees to work and travel near uncapped rebar. The unprotected vertical height of the rebar ranged from 18 - 22 inches above the ground.
