29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): On every building or other structure, or part thereof, used for mercantile, business, industrial or storage purposes, the loads approved by the building official were not marked on plates of approved design and securely affixed in a conspicuous place in each space to which they relate. On or about, November 21, 2013 load rating plates were not affixed on the excess storage platform, exposing employees to a fall hazard.

29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floor(s) or platform(s) 4 feet (1.22 m) or more above the adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded by standard railings (or the equivalent as specified in 29 CFR 1910.23(e)(3)(i) through (v)), on all open sides: On or about November 21, 2013, the excess storage area on the second level platform that is up to approximately 8 feet high did not include guard rails, exposing employees to a fall hazard.

29 CFR 1910.23(d)(1)(ii): Stairway(s) less than 44 inches wide having one side open, did not have at least one stair railing in accordance with (e)(1) on the open side: Note: 1910.23(e)(1) A standard railing shall consist of top rail, intermediate rail, and posts, and shall have a vertical height of 42 inches nominal from upper surface of top rail to floor, platform, runway, or ramp level. The top rail shall be smooth-surfaced throughout the length of the railing. The intermediate rail shall be approximately halfway between the top rail and the floor, platform, runway, or ramp. The ends of the rails shall not overhang the terminal posts except where such overhang does not constitute a projection hazard. On or about October 25, 2013, the stairway leading to flat storage did not include standard stair railing with a mid rail, exposing employees to a fall hazard.
