OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees  On or about November 20, the employer did not furnish a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees.  The employer did not ensure employees were wearing reflective / high visibility clothing when working outside of their truscks in and around other moving vehicles.  Employees were exposed to struck by hazards.   Among other methods, recognized and feasible means of abatement to correct this hazard is to ensure that employees are provided and wear suitable reflective / high visibility clothing at all times when walking / working outside of their trucks.
