29 CFR 1904.40(a): The employer did not provide an authorized government representative the records within the four business hours. (a) At employer site the employer failed to provide copies of the injury and illness records to an authorized representative within four business hours, in that, CSHO requested records on 11/22/2013 which resulted in days away from work and it took several business days to be provided to OSHA office.
