(a) South side, new residential construction located at 31 Whitlock Drive SW, Marietta, GA 30064: Employees working on a pump jack scaffold were exposed to falls of approximately 12-feet, 9-inches to the lower level as the scaffold plank extended approximately 7 feet past the supports without the cantilevered portion secured to the pump jacks with the chain provided to prevent tipping while in use.
