29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures; a) Back Yard of Structure - Workers walking, working, cutting materials that were placed on top of other building materials and debris that covered the entire back yard, on or about 11/22/2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: a) Rear of Structure - Workers constructing an outside four level staiway, 7 step staircase used to reach next upper level were missing stairrails, on or about 11/22/2013.
