29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: a) Assembled Products, a unit of Jason, Inc., Buffalo Grove, IL- Employee Hazard Communication training did not include the physical and health hazards of the specific chemicals present in their work area that they may be exposed to, work with or handle, including but not limited to the propane gas used on the forklifts and the Rayco R-84017-43 phenolic thermosetting adhesive containing formaldehyde in North Assembly area. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
