No. 10A-1970:   a) Simplot Phase II Peeler area: On November 25, 2013, and times prior thereto, two welders were engaged in welding activities while the three portable fire extinguishers provided for firefighting located nearby had not been periodically inspected at least monthly as required by NFPA No. 10A-1970 Section 5100, and the units were not tagged to show the annual inspections as required by NFPA No. 10A-1970, Section 5300.     Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.
