29 CFR 1910.219(c)(4)(i): Projecting shaft ends were not guarded: a) 926 Partners dba Pulakos Chocolates / 2530 Parade Street, Erie, PA Corn Strach Machine: On or about February 4, 2014, a shaft projected out through the side of the machines frame. The projecting shaft end rotated and was not guarded. The unguarded projecting shaft end was located on the walkway side of the machine near the chain/sprocket assemblies. The projecting shaft end was located less than 9-inches above the floor.
