29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) 618 Southampton St Westfield, MA: On or about November 26, 2013, an employee was roofing this residence more than 9 FT above the ground below without any fall protection, which is not in accordance with this subpart: Patrick Kelly Roofing & Siding was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b) 13 , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 924217 citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on September 13, 2013 with respect to a workplace located at 413-415 So Elm St Holyoke, MA.
