29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv):Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket: (a) 354 Main St Indian Orchard, MA: On or about Novemnber 26, 2013, an employee was observed standing on/working from the mid rails of the raised aerial lift he was utalizing to reach his work position more than 12 FT above the ground below, which is not in accordance with this subpart: Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
