29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective:     a) East wall of the Shop: A 120 volt extension cord used at the site was missing the ground pin.     b) Center of the Shop: An Absocold mini refrigerator used at the site was missing the ground pin on the end of it's cord.     c) South wall of the Shop: The TPI portable fan was not equipped with a ground pin on its cord.     d) North end of Tire Bay: The 120 volt extension cord used to supply power to to a tire brander was missing the ground pin on the end of its cord.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
