29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about November 21, 2013, employees were exposed to injuries from falls, while conducting reroofing activities, without the benefit of fall protection systems being in place, on a roof in excess of six feet above the lower surface. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 896008, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on April 10, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1276-1286 Troy Street, Aurora, CO, 80012.
