29 CFR 1910.145(a)(1): Signs or symbols (as included in paragraphs (c) through (e) of this section) that indicate and, insofar as possible, define specific hazards that could harm workers or the public, or both, or to property damage were not used by the employer: (a) For the employees working at the Wells Fargo Advisor's office at 1501 West Swann Avenue, FL 33606, as noted on or about 11/26/2013. Caution signs were not used when the reception room floors were wet as a result of mopping and inclement weather exposing employees to slipand fall hazards.
