29 CFR 1926.451(e)(9)(i): The employer did not provide safe means of access for each employee erecting a scaffold: (a) 152 Main St Springfield, MA: On or about November 25, 2013, employees were climbing up the fabricated frames, and the wooden mid rail to reach the upper levels of the scaffold they were erecting, which is not in accordance with this subpart since the frames/mid rail are not designed for climbing.
