29 CFR 1926.501(b)(14): Each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening is less than 39 inches (1.0 m) above the walking/working surface, were not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system:  (a) Center for the Arts Auditoirium at Deerfield Academy  Deerfield, MA: On or about November 4, 2013, three employees were observed leaning out a window opening with an inside bottom edge measuring 24 inches tall to prepare the jamb for a new window installation more than 21 FT above the ground below without any fall protection, which is not in accordance with this subpart:   Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
