29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 11/21/13 at a housing project located at the Glenburn Trail Development on Route 219 in Ellicottville, New York; employees were installing shingles on a two story residential building. The roof had a 6 in 12 pitch and there were no fall protection systems in use. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
