29 CFR 1926.304(i)(1): Each circular had-fed ripsaw was not guarded by a hood whcih completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut: a) On or about 11/21/13 at a housing project located at the Glenburn Trail Development on Route 219 in Ellicottville, New York; employees cutting and installing window trim were using a portable 10" table saw. There was no hood gaurd in place. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

The employee did not have a body belt/harness with lanyard in use. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
