29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Installation and use. Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling:   a) On or about 11/26/13, at 525 FD Roosevelt Avenue, Suite 500, San Juan, PR, in workstation #88, a relocatable power tap was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.   b) On or about 11/26/13, at 525 FD Roosevelt Avenue, Suite 500, San Juan, PR, in workstation #65, a relocatable power tap was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.   c) On or about 11/26/13, at 525 FD Roosevelt Avenue, Suite 500, San Juan, PR, in workstation #52, an uninterruptible power supply was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.   d) On or about 11/26/13, at 525 FD Roosevelt Avenue, Suite 500, San Juan, PR, in workstation #58, a relocatable power tap was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.
