29 CFR 1910.23(e)(1): Standard railing(s) did not consist of top rail, intermediate rail and/or posts and/or did not have a vertical height of 42 inches (106.7 cm) nominal from upper surface of top rail to floor, platform runway, or ramp level:    a. At the extruder tower, instances existed where the top rail was not at the allowed height, between 39 and 42 inches, such as on the 3rd level, where the top rail was 33" around the outer perimeter, and on the 4th level where the top rail around the bubble column was at 47".    b. At the extruder tower, instances existed where the outer perimeter rail was structured in a "W" pattern with openings between the vertical uprights, such as on the 3rd level.    c. At the extruder tower, instances existed where there was no midrail around the bubble column, such as on the 3rd and 4th levels.    Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation.  The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful.
