Pebble Lake Court, Frankfort, IL. - employees using a pneumatic nail gun did not wear safety glasses, thereby exposing the employees to hazards associated with eye injuries.

Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure: a) On or about November 25, 2013 at a jobsite located at 22520 N. Pebble Lake Court, IL. - employees performing roofing activities on a roof with a 6:12 to 8:12 pitch were not protected from falling by the use of personal fall arrest systems, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards of approximately eleven (11) to twenty five (25) feet.
