29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: (a) Welding area upper shed/ CSHO observed an electrical panel box that was missing a blank exposing employees to electrical shock hazards. Bartow Precast, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.305(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314640442, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/17/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 1504 Sugar Valley Road, Cartersville, GA 30120.
