Hotel, housekeeping dept. - Noted on or about 12/4/13 and at times prior thereto, the employer's bloodborne pathogen training records did not contain all the elements required by sections A-D. Specifically missing were: (B) the contents or a summary of the training sessions; (C) The names and qualifications of persons conducting the training; and (D), job titles of all persons attending the training session.
