29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings were not effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment.  On or about December 04, 2013 there were 18 unused openings not effectively closed in the top of a "Square D" electrical box on the interior south wall of the guard shack at the Mercer University Drive gate.
