29 CFR 1910.212(b): Machine(s) designed for fixed location(s) were not securely anchored to prevent walking or moving: At this frozen food processing plant, machines and equipment listed below were not secured to prevent movement and pinching employee's hands and fingers during normal operations: A. The Little David tape machine was supported by casters which did not have a brake device to ensure the tape machine did not move during normal boxing and taping operations. B. The metal stand, on which conveyor rollers designed to roll boxes along the conveyor, was connected to the Little David machine by shrink wrap. The conveyor roller stand's legs had square bases which were not bolted to the floor to prevent movement during conveyor operations.
