29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: On or about December 4, 2013, employees were exposed to electric hazards in that the employer did not ensure that sufficient access was provided and maintained about electrical panel boxes. a) 220 volts electric panel box for the pie machine and lights in production was bocked by a stack of pallets located on the west wall in the raw material room. b) 220 volts electrical panel box used to control equipment and lights was blocked by cabinets with stored materials on top, on the west wall in the break room.

29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): On every building or other structure, or part thereof, used for mercantile, business, industrial or storage purposes, the loads approved by the building official were not marked on plates of approved design and securely affixed in a conspicuous place in each space to which they relate. On or about December 9, 2013, employees were exposed to struck by hazards in that the employer did dnot ensure that a load limit sign was posted on a platform used to store old pots and ingredient mixer.
