29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6). (Note: Specify distances as indicated in table in paragraph (f)(6) of this section.): a. At 11555 Concord Village Ave, on 12-2-13, where construction work was conducted, electrical power cables serving the property building was not completely shielded (insulated), with the partly shielded cable in contact with scaffolding, and the unshielded cable within inches of the scaffold. (Note: an employee handled the cable before the utility company arrived to insulate the cable.)
