Job site located at 4115 S 72nd Street, Omaha, NE 68127-The employer failed to ensure that storage racks throughout the facility were in good repair to ensure that the racks were stable and secure for the materials stored on them.

Vegetation control will be exercised when necessary. Job site located at 4115 S 72nd Street, Omaha, NE 68127-The employer failed to ensure that the storage of flammable and combustible products did not create a hazard. The materials were stored in cardboard boxes in an area of the facility frequented by employees. Materials such as, but not limited to, paint, propane, and corrosives were stored together in a cardboard box.
