29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: a) Convenient Store, 327 Slapes Corner Road, Carneys Point, NJ 08069: On or about December 3, 2013, employees working within the convenient store were exposed to hazards when the facility Fire Exit door would not open. This door was located outside of the facility Manager's office. IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
