29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step:   The employer does not ensure that the top or top step of a step ladder is not used.  This violation was observed on or about December 4, 2013, in the center of the building where an employee was exposed to a fall hazard when using the top step of a 4-foot Werner step ladder to fit a piece of wood on a fur-down.      Pursuant to 29 C.F. R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that the top or top step of a step ladder is not used.
