29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). On or about December 4, 2013, employees performing roofing activities on a residential roof with a 10/12 pitch were not wearing fall protection and/or protected from falling: a) From the front edge of the garage eave, approximately a 15 foot to the ground below, and b) From the eaves of the roof, approximately 11 feet to the ground below.
