29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling. a) CNC Milling Department, 120 Sunrise Avenue, Honesdale, PA - Employees used a power strip (relocatable power tap-RPT) attached to an extension cord (flexible power cord) to provide electrical power to equipment. Employees were exposed to contact with an electrical current hazard on or about December 9, 2013. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is not required for this violation. Abatement was observed during the inspection.
