29 CFR 1926.451(a)(1): Scaffold(s) and scaffold(s) component(s) were not capable of supporting, without failure, its own weight and at least four times the maximum intended load applied or transmitted to it: On or about December 2, 2013 and times prior thereto, subcontracted employees of Hundley Construction performing framing on a First Security Bank being constructed at or near 15420 Chenal Parkway in Little Rock, Arkansas. The employees observed were working from two site-constructed scaffolds which consisted of two ladder jack platforms, three ladders, and a Skyjack scissor lift. The employees had overloaded the weight capacity specified by the manufacturer for the scaffold components to include but not limited to the ladders and the ladder jack platforms, exposing employees to fall hazards.

The ladder jack platforms were bearing on rungs alone and did not include a length of at least ten inches on each rung, exposing employees to fall hazards.
