29 CFR 1910.219(c)(2): This provision is applicable to federal employment by 1960.80(b): All exposed parts of horizontal shafting seven (7) feet or less from floor or working platform, excepting runways used exclusively for oiling, or running adjustments, were not protected by a stationary casing enclosing shafing completely: (a) The water pump motor's shaft was exposed, creating a caught by hazard, when the motor starts automatically and rotates at 1750 rpms.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i):This provision is applicable to federal employment by 1960.80(b): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures, or other means listed under this provision: (a) The circuit breaker panel, located in the laundry room, had an opening of ¾ x 2, exposing employees to live electrical parts of the 120/240 volt buss bar. (b) The Recreation Quarter's light switch was missing its cover plate, exposing employees to live electrical parts of 110 volts. The Bureau of Land Management was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303 (g)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 312393366 , Notice Number 2, Item Number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 04 /01 /11, with respect to a work place located at the BLM Coos Bay District Office, North Bend OR 97459.
