29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    a)  Commercial Structure:  Employee, engaged in construction activities, was working close to a roof edge without means of fall protection; thereby, exposing him to a fall hazard approximately 18' to ground surface below, on or about 12/5/2013.      Manzo Organization LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 906416, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/19/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 177 Valley Boulevard, Wood Ridge, NJ.
